BRR Good afternoon and welcome to Boardroom Radio. Today, we are speaking with Mr. Bradley Sampson, Managing Director of Discovery Metals Limited.

DML Nice to speak with you again, Eddie.
BRR Brad, we see in your announcement that Discovery Metals has just recently completed capital raising in Australia and Botswana. Did you want to give an
15 update on the details of this?
DML Yes, thanks Eddie. Discovery Metals recently raised AUD$8.2 million and I am very excited by the support we have had from our existing shareholders. So we have raised it through its institutional fund raising split between Australia and Botswana. We have raised AUD$8.2 million for expenses and
20 these funds are to be used primarily to continue to fund our bankable feasibility study on the Boseto copper project. I guess one of the things that I am particularly excited about, Eddie, is the shareholders' support we have in Botswana. We are operating a project. We are developing a project in Botswana and now have 30% of our company owned by Botswana investors.
25 So that is for us a nice position to be in when you are operating in another country.
BRR Brad, what are the opportunities that are now going to come out for Discovery Metals now that they have successfully completed its capital raising?
DML Eddie, this capital raising is all about making sure we have money in the bank
30 to fairly continue our bankable feasibility study. The Boseto copper project for us is clearly our primary activity in the company and it is a very exciting project. We have completed the pre-feasibility study. We have already started the bankable feasibility work and aim to have that finished in the middle of
35 next year and obviously they want to get on and construct and get into operations as quickly as possible. We had envisaged at this stage in the game that we are likely to commission early in 2011. So this funding is very important from the perspective that it helps provide funding to take us through to past the end of the bankable feasibility phase.
