BRR Good afternoon and welcome to Boardroom Radio. Today, we are speaking with Mr. Wayman Chapman, CEO of Rubicor. Thanks for joining us today,

RUB Pleasure. Good afternoon.
BRR Wayman, we have seen that you have released your preliminary full year result and you guys have had a fantastic year. You have had some
15 exceptional growth driven by acquisitions and organic growth. Did you want to give our listeners just a quick update on the year-end and what has driven these results?
RUB Well, essentially, it has been a year in two halves and I guess that would be typical of a lot of Australian companies. As we came into the second half
20 through the months of February/March, clearly it looked like being a fairly difficult period and to some extent it was. Clearly, the second half was much more challenging just simply because of the economy softening somewhat and a more difficult economic environment, but the reality is that we were able nevertheless to post the sort of numbers that we have, and to that
25 extent, we are extremely pleased with the outcome including when we did make two significant acquisitions during the year, but this growth nevertheless is largely around organic performance as well. So over the stretch, it has been a pretty impressive performance.
30 BRR Okay, Wayman, and when can our listeners keep their ears out for the full year result to have at least a bit more detail.
RUB We will be producing those at the end of this month. I think it is on the 29th of August, which is roughly a fortnight from now. So that is when the (inaudible) (0:01:32) version of our full year results will be produced, and hopefully more
35 information pertaining to them at the same time.
