BRR Good afternoon and welcome to Boardroom Radio. Today we are speaking with Mr. Mark Smyth, Executive Director and CEO of CityView Corporation

CVI Good afternoon, Eddie.
BRR Mark, your announcement today is certainly a novel proposal. Can you tell us how this came about and what is the thinking behind it?
15 CVI Eddie, this proposal originates from our web program meetings with ENDIAMA on how best to get our diamond concessions at Luachisse and Nhefo into early production. Our Longonjo experience has demonstrated that logistics are the key to successful mining operations in Angola. Without a reliable supply chain, operations degenerate into stop-start very quickly
20 through equipment supply delays and other bottlenecks. The traction of the ENDITRADE proposal for CityView is that the logistic services will not just be limited to diamonds but will be extended to other mining operations in Angola. The economy in Angola is absolutely booming and this proposal is a great way to capitalize on it.

BRR Mark, how is the Pensador funding progressing?
CVI The Pensador funding is covering a number of different operations, diamonds, copper, gold, oil, and other commodities. Each division has its own special requirements and documentation to activate (inaudible) (0:01:31). It is
30 all moving forward at a steady pace despite all of us being drowned in paper. I expect to see the bulk of the work finished by next month. All the ongoing operations are currently being funded by Pensador and this has taken a huge burden off CityView.
35 BRR Mark, you have just been through the United States. What was the reaction by American investors to CityView?
CVI Eddie, Americans are in a state of shock from that banking and housing disasters. Their confidence has been badly shaken. However, one of the great virtues of America is its ability to reinvent itself and look to the future.
40 They all like CityView’s concept of creating an Angolan commodity basket, lifting CityView to the American Stock Exchange. With now on their radar screen and they are watching for signals of the conclusion of the Pensador, there will be a tidal wave activity when they make that move.
