BRR Good afternoon and welcome to Boardroom Radio. Today, we are speaking with Mr. Vincent Algar, Managing Director of Shaw River Resources. Thanks

SRR Thanks, Ed.
BRR Vincent, we see you have released an announcement today just in regard to the acquisition of four Pilbara manganese and iron tenements. Did you want
15 to give our listeners some details of this acquisition?
SRR Yes, Ed, I would love to. Shaw River is very pleased to announce the acquisition of these four tenements in the Pilbara region. We have been able to secure a 70% interest in four tenements in particular. One of the tenements lies to the north of the Woodie Woodie Manganese Mine, which is a world-
20 class manganese deposit, and we have done some preliminary work prior to acquiring this tenement that gave us the manganese grades up to 58%. Now, these are very important grades from an ore grade perspective and the amount of mineralisation we have seen in our rock chip sampling over about a 13-kilometre trend. We are very, very enthusiastic about what we have
25 seen there in terms of finding another world-class deposit like Woodie Woodie.
BRR Vincent, where will Shaw River Resources be heading with this? What is their strategy and approach that they are going to take?
30 SRR Ed, the idea here is that we are an acquisitive group. We have 6000 square kilometres in the Pilbara already on base metals and gold targets and we have added some manganese targets to these now, and we intend to go full steam ahead with exploring and looking for that transformational discovery. We believe this manganese opportunity that we have given ourselves here,
35 and our shareholders is one of those opportunities to make those transformational discoveries. At the present time, manganese is a particularly compelling argument. It is a mineral that does not have any other peer in the steel industry and it has got very attractive pricing and should have so for a long time to come. So we look forward to getting involved in the activities that
40 will lead to the next step in discovery in this area.
