BRR Good morning and welcome to Boardroom Radio. Today, we are joined with John Langford, CEO of Mundo Minerals. Thanks for joining us today, John.
10 MUN Once again, thanks very much for the opportunity.
BRR Some exciting news that you released today. We see that you’ve had some significant results come out of your Engenho Project. What can you let our listeners know.
15 MUN Engenho has two inputs with respect to Mundo Minerals. We obviously had (inaudible) (00:00:23) production asset that we commissioned in April 2008 that’s operating very well. But as part of project assessment, we have been conducting some broad range exploration on our total tenement area. At this stage, our focus has been very much on the region to the north of the
20 Engenho Gold Project. We have 711 hectares of tenements that we are exploring. Engenho only takes up 11 hectares; the unexplored portion of our tenement is quite significant. In recent months, we’ve undertaken a complete soil sampling and mapping exercise and that identified some reasonable targets for us assess and we will be drilling those targets in the very near
25 future. One of the really exciting things that occurred when we undertook that initial exploration was that we identified two very, very broad high level geochemical targets. One is called Mazoca that we have mentioned many times in our report and north of Mazoca is another area that we’ve designated as Crista. It appears that this is a north-southernly trend of mineralization
30 from Engenho right up to Crista. One regards is just released in the last two days are results from some rock chip and channel sampling from the areas. We are really excited about those because we have significant grades. The grades from the samples range from 2 grams right up to 27 grams per tonne, and we have results that are in excess of 20 grams per tonne. That is very,
35 very superficial exploration at this stage, but I can tell you now that our geological crew absolutely (inaudible) (00:02:12) and we will focus on that in the few months. Engenho is shaping up quite frankly to be a very solid production performing asset for us but is now really shaping out to becoming one of Mundo Mineral’s very, very strategic exploration targets and we look
40 forward (inaudible) (00:02:33) the next few months.
