BRR Good morning and welcome to Boardroom Radio. Joining us this morning is Mrs. Sylvia Tulloch, Managing Director of Dyesol Industries. Sylvia, thanks for

DYE Good morning, Cale.
BRR Now, Sylvia, the Company just released an important announcement detailing an agreement you signed with Sigma-Aldrich. Can you tell us a little bit about
15 that?
DYE Certainly. Probably important to know about Sigma-Aldrich themselves, Sigma-Aldrich is the major supplier to laboratories and universities worldwide so they have something like a million scientists who buy from their catalogue, and so for servicing our scientists who are researching DSC and who
20 ultimately of course have the technological base to the commercialization of DSC technology, Sigma-Aldrich are an excellent, certainly is the best way, for us to present our materials to them.
BRR And Sylvia, could you perhaps tell us a little bit about the significance of this
25 agreement for Dyesol?
DYE Well, Sigma-Aldrich has representation in 36 countries, and of course, if we had to employ those people in that number of countries, it would be very expensive for us and so we have not done that. So instead of that, Sigma-Aldrich will be offering small laboratory scale quantities of our materials to
30 scientists who just could not reach cost-effectively without having an agent like Sigma-Aldrich, and so for us it is very important because we want to be able to service this community because they are the future of DSC, but at the same time, we need to be focusing our attention on the manufacturers and the big game if you like, our partnership agreements, of course, the teamwork
35 with the others that are in the pipeline. So this really frees us up in the best, best possible way to service our scientific clientele but also being able to focus as a company on the more important and larger contracts and relationships.
40 BRR Well, Sylvia, the agreement certainly sounds like it will allow Dyesol Industries to reach a much broader market. So thank you very much for taking the time to update Boardroom Radio on this.
