Email alerts

If you are not receiving our email alerts, you may need to reset your spam filter settings. Please select the email application that you fall under and follow the steps provided.

Yahoo Mail users

  1. Log on to your Yahoo account 
  2. Click on the Addresses tab (top left hand side of the page) 
  3. Click on Add Contact 
  4. In the Name section add boardroomradio and with Email you should add @boardroomradio.com.au 
  5. Click Save Contact and then on the next page click done.

Hotmail 

  1. Log on to your Hotmail account 
  2. Click on the Options link (located on the top right hand side) 
  3. Click on Mail (left hand side menu) 
  4. Click on the Junk Email Protection link 
  5. Click on Safe List 
  6. Enter boardroomradio.com in the text field and click the Add button.

MSN

  1. Click the Junk Mail link 
  2. Click the Safe List link 
  3. Select “Add an item to this list” 
  4. Enter boardroomradio.com 
  5. Click Add and then click Save Changes

Most Other Email Clients

Please add “@boardroomradio.com” as an email address to your Contact list and/or Address book.


Podcasting

You must first have some sort of Pod Grabber software loaded on your own computer. iPod users can download this from  the iTunes website.  Go to http://www.apple.com/podcasting

Of course there are many other software solutions available.

Next, please check your boardroom alerts profile and check that you have infact selected and downloaded our podcast feeds.

You will only receive downloads when a new audio recording is created by one of our listed companies that you have subscribed for.
